The story so far...

In a nutshell...
A mission off-world went badly, with a member of SG-13 being seriously wounded. Several SG teams, including SG-1 and Dr. Janet Fraiser, headed through the 'gate on a rescue mission which ended in further tragedy...
...as both Jack O'Neill and Janet Fraiser were shot.
We diverge from the onscreen story at the exact moment Janet receives her blow. Everything beforehand happened as you saw, but from there on in, things will be different.
Things will, hopefully, be as they should be...
